A~1 Dobermans: Bill of Sale

 CONSIDERATION of __________________________________________
of _______________________________________________________________
(the 'Purchaser') providing $_______________.______USD (the
"Purchase Price"), the receipt and sufficiency of which consideration is hereby acknowledged to A~1 Dobermans of _____________________________________
Newton Falls, Oh., 44444 (the 'Seller'), the Seller SELLS AND DELIVERS the Animal to the Purchaser.

PAYMENT METHOD: The Purchaser will pay the Purchase Price to the Seller by cash.

PROPERTY: The Seller will sell and deliver to the Purchaser the following animal (the 'Animal'):
AKC Doberman Pinscher Puppy.

WARRANTEE: The Seller warrants that the Animal is free of any liens and encumbrances and that the Seller is the legal owner of the Animal. The Seller also warrants that the Seller has the full right and authority to sell and deliver the Animal and that the Seller will defend the title of the Animal against any and all claims and demands.

'AS IS' CONDITION: The Purchaser acknowledges that the Animal is sold 'as is'. The Seller expressly disclaims any implied warranty as to fitness for a particular purpose and any implied warranty as to merchantability. The Seller expressly disclaims any expressed or other implied warranties.

WORKING ORDER: Any warranty as to the condition of the Animal is expressly disclaimed by the Seller.

MERCHANT OR MANUFACTURER'S WARRANTY: Any disclaimer of warranties by the Seller in this Bill of Sale will not in any way affect the terms of any applicable warranties from the merchant or manufacturer of the Animal.

LIABILITIES: The Seller does not assume, nor does the Seller authorize any other person on the behalf of the Seller to assume, any liability in connection with the sale or delivery of the Animal.

VETERINARY INSPECTION: Prior to executing this Bill of Sale, the Purchaser was allowed to have its veterinarian examine the Animal. Such examination was at the Purchaser's expense. If the Purchaser chose to not have a veterinarian examine the Animal before executing this Bill of Sale, then the Purchaser accepts the Animal in their current condition and waives all rights, claims, and causes of action against the Seller for any defects with the Animal.

INSPECTION: The Purchaser accepts the Animal in its existing condition given that the Purchaser has either inspected the Animal or was given the opportunity to inspect the Animal but chose to not inspect it.

GOVERNING LAW: This Bill of Sale will be construed in accordance with and governed by the laws of the State of Ohio.

ADDITIONAL CLAUSE:
All Sales Are Final.  No cash refund, deposits are non-refundable. Contract is enforceable by law and will result in a penalty of a $5,000.00 fee plus all court costs.
